"My name is Amy Miller and I am an Intervention Specialist at Dan Emmett Elementary School! My #1 job is to make sure that my students feel safe, comfortable, and loved so that they can grow into their best selves. I believe in meeting my students exactly where they are and helping them be confident and successful!"

Mrs. Miller graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2018 with degrees in both Elementary Education and Special Education. She has worked at Dan Emmett Elementary School since August 2021.

Mrs. Miller lives at home with her husband, Mike, and their two children, Peyton and Lena. They live alongside their 3 dogs, 2 cats, 10+ chickens, and rabbit named Greenbean! Mrs. Miller enjoys spending time with her family outside, going on hikes, playing soccer (and going to a lot of soccer practices and games!), and traveling to the beach.
