2019-2020 Online Forms Available For MVCSD Parents
With the start of the 2019-2020 school year just one week away, we wanted to remind you to login to your Mount Vernon OneView account and begin to fill out the online forms for your student(s).  Each year all parents are required to submit two forms:
  1. An updated Emergency Medical Form and
  2. District Authorizations Form.
If you are new to the district and have completed the enrollment form, you will still need to log back into you OneView Parent Portal and complete the short District Authorizations Form.

OneView has been upgraded to a more user friendly view.  Guidelines and instructions for filling out the necessary forms are linked on the Parents Resource page. Click the PARENTS ICON on the District Website for directions on creating an account and submitting online forms. If you are already familiar with OneView, click this link to login to Mount Vernon OneView Portal and begin to fill out your student’s forms.

OneView Button Mount Vernon City Schools, will continue to use an electronic form submissions and student management system through our Mount Vernon OneView. The OneView Parent Portal will be the main access site for all school forms including athletics, bus routes, ProgressBook access, student fees, and lunches.

In the event that you do not have access to a computer, we can assist you at the building level by calling your building secretary. You may also stop by the Board of Education Office on 300 Martinsburg Road and a computer will be provided for you to use. Computers will be available at the individual buildings prior to and including Back to School Nights and Student Orientations for parents to set up their account in OneView or complete their online forms.
