My name is Mrs. Ferguson and I teach fifth grade at Columbia Elementary. I have been teaching 5th grade for many years. I have also taught Title One, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. I am married to Brian and have a son named Chase that attends Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Chase plays basketball, golf and baseball. Our family enjoys camping, biking, vacationing near water, and enjoying the outdoors.

 

     5th grade is a very important year as we are preparing you to make a transition to middle school. This will be a year of exciting new books, hands-on science experiments, Heartland Camp, new technology, learning about the Western Hemisphere, and much much more. I am excited to join with you in this adventure of learning!
